Pay As You Go is a form of mobile plan where you only pay for what you use. You decide how much money (or credit) to put on your phone, and you choose how and when to spend it. Unlike contracts, you’re not tied into a long-term agreement and can come and go as you please.
Of course! All you need to do is make sure that your phone is unlocked, so that it’s compatible with an Asda mobile SIM. Find out more about unlocking phones.
You sure can. You can always bring your number with you when switching networks. To start, you need to request a PAC code from your current provider. The simplest way to do this is by texting ‘PAC’ to 65075 (free of charge) off your old SIM card. Once you have this code (which is valid for 30 days), you just need to call us off your new Asda SIM on 2732, and we’ll take care of everything for you.
We dispatch our SIMs as soon as we can using Royal Mail first class. They should arrive the next working day, as long as you requested the SIM before 12 noon. If your SIM hasn’t arrived within 2-3 working days, please call us on 0808 006 2732 from any phone for free.
As long as you use some mobile data or make a chargeable call or text once every 180 days, your credit won’t expire. Find out more about top-up expiry and keeping your SIM active.
